- Day 1 Palermo - Welcome to Sicily “the continent of Wine”
Your private transfer meets you at the Airport and escorts you to the town of Palermo, Sicily's capital. In the evening meet our sommelier and enjoy drinks with a special guided wine tasting and a welcome dinner. Overnight in hotel.
- Day 2 Palermo Unesco Tour & Monreale Doc
In July 2015, the UNESCO Committee added the Norman-Arab tour of Palermo and Monreale to the list of World Heritage sites. During the tour of the historic center of Palermo, you will discover wonderful monuments in the Arab-Norman style: Royal Palace and Palatine Chapel; the Cathedral; Church of San Giovanni degli Eremiti; Church of Santa Maria dell’Ammiraglio; Church of San Cataldo. We will proceed to Monreale to visit its massive Norman Cathedral. Later on we will discover one of the best boutique wineries of the territory.
Monreale is a sicilian wine DOC, covering red, rose and white wines from an area immediately south-west of the island's administrative center of Palermo. The DOC was introduced in November 2000, making it one of Sicily's younger DOCs

- 3 Day Marsala, the “city of wine”
After breakfast in hotel, departure with private car to Marsala. During the morning, the tour will take us on the Salt Road between Trapani and Marsala. A trip through this part of western Sicily, which has been home to many different civilizations, brings about many powerful emotions. Along the way, you will visit the Island of Mothia (situated at the centre of a large lagoon in Marsala, known as ‘Stagnone’), and the famous Salines and windmills.
Wine tasting and lunch at one of the most important winery of Marsala, emblematic of the area's winemaking style. Check in at the hotel in Marsala Marsala -derived from the arabic “Marsa Alì” or, according to other interpretations, from “Marsa Allah” (God’s harbour)- was already famous in ancient Greece as a famous harbour and a wine emporium. The town of Marsala and marsala wine are historically linked. The noble wine is the very soul of the territory where culture, tradition and passion are still visible in the “Bagli” (ancient rural buildings). Today, besides Marsala DOC, other prestigious white and red wines and spirits are being produced. -Free afternoon. -Dinner -Overnight in hotel
- 4 Day Marsala a taste of history
After breakfast in the hotel, a guided tour in a winery with a fascinating history and world class wines. Here you will taste the most authentic Marsala and discover all the secrets of the wine making process and the fascinating history of local viticulture. A professional tasting will be provided along with lunch of traditional sicilian dishes
Departure for Menfi in the afternoon -Accommodation in hotel, free time for relax. -Dinner and overnight.
- Day 5 Selinunte and Menfi : archaeology and cooking class
Breakfast in the hotel and departure to Selinunte to visit the largest Archaeological Park in the entire Mediterranean. A walk inside the most western colony of ancient Greece in Sicily to discover one of the most evocative places of the island. Here, Doric style has found one of its highest expressions, even if there are traces of local influences.
Lunch in a typical local restaurant and return to the hotel:
In the afternoon, there will be a cooking class, a wine tasting and oil tasting, followed by dinner. Cooking together creates a magic bond between people and allows us to explore an ancient culture of cooking based on the products of the island: the rich sea life, the extra-virgin olive oil, the many local vegetables and that ancient knowledge handed down from one generation to another. This experience is a full immersion in the cooking traditions of a genuine Sicilian family and will let you discover the most common and traditional Sicilian dishes. -Overnight in hotel
- Day 6 Alcamo DOC Wine Route
After breakfast in the hotel, travel by private car to Scopello, along the coast of the Zingaro Nature Reserve to discover the Faraglioni of Scopello and the beautiful ancient town of Tonnara. Alcamo is one of the island's historical wine territories and one of the most important for the commercialisation of Sicilian wine internationally, thanks to a blend of tradition and innovation. The trip includes one stop at a Winery in order to taste the Alcamo DOC wines and to learn their wine making process. Professional tasting and lunch with a selection of typical Sicilian foods.
